The best (only one with quite good speed and compatibility) is IMBNes (http://imbnes.gamebase.ca/) - NES emulator.

The program you want is epsxe. You will need to get ahold of a psx bios. I can't tell you where to get it per the forum rules, but I think if you search for it you should be able to find one.
