anybody got one for the 1.3 patch? also, what is a trainer for? ex rome total war no cd + 1 trainer. what does that mean?

the barbarian invasion updates the game to version 1.3 not 1.4. so the crack for the expansion should work for ROW version 1.3 too

The Barbarian Expansion is v1.4 and also updates Rome Total War to v1.3, so you can use the 'RomeTW.exe' from the Barbarian Invasion crack on GCW on the standalone v1.3 patch for Rome Total War, understand :)

can i use the patches w/ the trainers and still play w/o cheats, etc.? (im old fashioned and like to play straightup lol)

Yes you can. Just make sure that the Trainer is for the version of the game that you have. I presume that you have RTW 1.3 and RTW:BI 1.4. Both of these have no-cd's and trainers.

Well there is nothing wrong with being 'old fashioned' and not wanting to cheat. Its good to hear there are still some of us 'old fashioned' guys left. ;)
