Hi,
I'd install NFSU2, run the 1.2 patch (UK version) and copy the crack No-CD made by HoodLun without any trouble.

The problem is when I unplug my USB CD Drive and leave PC only with the HD. When I call the NFSU2, appear a window saying "Please, insert disk 2".

If the CD Drive is on, even without any disk, the game starts. But when there no drive, appear the message asking for the Disk 2. It seems that the crack still need one CD Drive.

I need some help how to fix it. Any tip will be welcome.

[]'s from Brazil (sorry my english).

You cannot leave the CD Drive connected?

You cannot leave the CD Drive connected?

I have 10 PCs in a "internet center". For security, none of the PCs have CD or Disk Drives. I'm looking for a way to use all the softwares just in local HD or using the server drive.

Thanks!

Bear in mind you need to either buy a special license for your cafe or buy a copy of the game for each PC..

Use CloneCD to make a full image of your 2nd disc. And mount them with Alcohol or Daemon, and you may need to use anti-blaxx also.

Thanks for your help.
I have all the 10 licenses, but it just give me 10 diferent keys. I have others games with No-CD key, and for my choice I decide not to use Alcohol or Daemon, just for free some memory usage.

For the record, I just did found another crack (I don't know the author) that works fine. Thanks for all.

@RedBeard: Not that I'd want to annoy you but I think that 10 plain copies of the game are not enough if you're planning to let your customers play them and pay you money for it. This is called "commercial exploitation" - you earn money by kind of reselling the product of another company -, which I think is prohibited in the EULA. You need to contact the publisher and ask for more details on how to do it legally. Good luck!

Thank you for that information.
I will verify how it works in Brazil for games. Microsoft told me that there are no problem if I buy 10 licences of WXP or MSOffice.
Thanks again.
