i have searched for my issue but i couldnt find here.

im running Xp x64 and i am trying to mount the no cd imagewhich mounts fine. if i open teh mounted drive and select the fifa2006.exe i get this error:

the image file Y:\fifa06.exe is valid, but machine is for a machine type other than the current machine.

any ideas?

Because of the protection in FIFA 06(which doesnt support 64 bit), the game cannot run. So, you need a nocd exe, if it ever comes out.

Are you sure ? As far as I know, games protected with Safedisc 4 use a driver compatible with x64.

Axel19: you can try to update the Safedisc driver manually as explained on this page:

http://www.macrovision.com/products/safedisc/downloads.shtml

This should allow you to run any Safedisc 2/3/4 protected game on WinXP x64.

I realy need a no cd patch for fifa 2006 but i cant find 1. can any1 tell me a websie where i could get it from

Axel19 what program do you use to mount images on winxp 64?

I use filedisk but gives me errors when i mount it.

same problem here..although i am not using 64 bit..but the same error when i mount e image..is the Fixed EXE ever gonna come out?

Nobody knows when there will be a NO-DVD-CRACK for FIFA 06! But there are two MINI-IMAGES for the game @ GCW and one @ MegaGames.com:

Its a possibility.


Try making one with your original if you have one. That way you know it will work.
