Order of songs [Archive]

i have an mp3 player, and i was wondering, how can i arrange the songs in a certain order, so i can hear (for example) a soundtrack of the movie in the order it was shown.

I presume all you need to do is number the songs?
01 xxxxx
02 xxxxx
03 xxxxx
04 xxxxx
etc.

My MP3-Player is playing the files in the order the files was copied to the player.

Some do this, some do not. That is why I always convert songs to mp3 like:

[Track No] [Songtitle] [Artist] [Album] [Year]

when I am going to use them with my mp3 player.
