Downloading games is 'warez'! Unless of course you are paying for them from a Direct to Drive site or ordering (paying for) the retail games from an online games site.

Take a look on www.happypenguin.org - While this site is orientated to Linux, all the stuff on there is freeware and open-source, and is usually available for Windoze as well.
