Not ps2 games.. Unless its homebrew stuff I would guess.. PC is another story

To my knowledge it cannot be done with PS2.

Believe it or not there was a game selector app that could be used with CD-R games but it was very buggy and limited support and not even worth using. Recodable discs are cheap these days and not even worth the head ache.
