Sims Livin' Large

I ran into a little problem while making the backup. I did everything and it all worked fine up until i ran the unsafedisc thing. That worked, so I had a testme file. But of course it was a testme.exe, I renamed it like the instructions said to sims.icd. But its still an executable. So it won't override the original sims.icd. If I have them both in the same folder (game directory folder) and try and run the sims (12k version replacement) then i get a message saying that the sims.icd.exe has created an error.

in your folder,

Folder Options
View
Hide extensions of known files TICKED OFF
then you will be able to see the .exe extension and change it to icd or watever it is u want to change it too, hope this helps
