back up disks ps2

can u please tell me how to back up games for the ps2 as my children leave grubby finger prints and scratches on the disks and they then become unplayerable or u get half way through and the game fails

Use the Search button and read the Ultimate info sticky. Its outdated but the basics are still the same.
