Does the no-CD for Apocalypse Weekend work with the latest patch installed? The retail version of the game doesn't let you pee.

I can´t pee in the Addon with the original disc, it is a **** bug!

The patch supposedly lets you pee, but I haven't downloaded it yet. I'm wondering if the no-CD for the game works with the patch.
