when i start pariah a message pops up and the game doesnt start

Thats not playing from the original disc! Does it work ok when playing from the original disc, without using a NoCD crack?

Then you need to contact the games Tech support. This a forum for discussing problems with game cracks. But as your game doesnt even start from the original disc then you need to contact the games support. ;)
