Does anyone know how to create a Dreamcast trainer?

Ive never went into that side of things. But I think there is a few sites out there that deal with that matter.

Have a quick google, see if you can find something.

I've Googled almost everything I can think of to find a trainer, or faxsimile of, but to no avail.
