Rid**** error

I got Rid**** for the pc yesterday and when i launch the game i get "SbzEngine.exe error. The application failed to initilialize properly"

I uninstalled and reinstalled but got the same error :(

Can anyone help me out?

I checked the first link earlier..did everything it said..but still no luck. Reading 2nd link now :)
