SB Audigy front device help

hi, i have an Audigy Platnium sound blaster card, this card comes with the face device that you can connect your headphones to or firewire, audio av cables, ever since i upgraded my PC , i cant get the headphones to work on the front device or even to connect a tape player to it. I have disabled the built in sound on the motherboard, but still no go. I have a Gigabyte k8nsnxp-939 , thanks for all support and help, very apreciate it

make sure you choose the correct model (platinum one) when you install the driver, otherwise the front panel won't work.
also make sure you've connected the floppy type power connector to the front panel.
