Vampire - The Masquerade - Bloodlines - Problem

It has not been very long since i started playing Vampire, but I have encountered a problem and I cannot proceed. I'm in the stage of the Leoplod community and I have killed Bach, I've got the information I need about the Ankaran Sarcophagus and Bach detonates the exploives and the tunnel starts collapsing. I made it to the boat and it starts loading for the next level. When it's about to finish loading, it stucks and closes the game.(In a few words, it drops me out of the game). I haven't patched it yet. What on earth do I have to do to proceed. Please, anyone who knows how I can fix this problem, post a reply..

1. Wrong forum, this is not a problem related to no-CD patches.
2. You should always apply the latest official update to your game, when encountering problems.
3. You should always search on a support forum, before reporting (possible) bugs.

Oh, and, yes, this is a known bug with the retail release and, yes, you should update your game.

that game is loaded with bugs and its no longer supportet by Activision ;)

well, I've updated the game but the bug still hurts!!! Please, I have to go on the next stage. I've updated it to 1.2 version... NEED ASSISTANCE!!!!!

What about the savegames? Can´t u just reinstall the game and paste your old savegames into the right folder? :eek:

This is a problem in the unpatched version. There is a response on how to fix it on some forum somewhere (can't remember where I found it). You have to use the console and enter some commands. I think it was on the White Wolf boards. That's a really great game, btw. Too bad it was so freaking buggy.

The 1.2 update is supposed to fix this bug? You must be using the v1 Nocd crack still therefore the fixes from the update are not registering! There is now a v1.2 Nocd available at GCW.
But if you are still having problems with the boat bug then you will find how to get past it here (http://fileforums.com/showpost.php?p=256193&postcount=42). ;)
