pacific assault(mohpa) 1.1 patch problem

I downloaded the patch 1.1 and opened it but it says "setup couldn't find a copy of medal of honor pacific assault(tm) on your pc" I have installed the game full. what can I do?

Did you replace any files...? Fixed.exe or something ?

yes the game was fixed when I bought it. so I need the original exe of mohpa.
