BURNOUT 3 and HDLOADER PROBLEMS

It wont install. No, it installs but it wont run. Any ideas or patches that might help me get this awesome game running on my HD?

Have you tried it with mode 3 enabled ?? Mine works perfect.

ya it's mode 3 for me too....if you are unaware of how to change the mode (as I was the first time since the HD loader manual talks nothing about compatibility modes) hit select when the game is highlighted and then change the mode, hit select again to return to the game list and then X to play the game as usual.
