Yes but no on e function.
After lounching game, I can make my jedi, but at the end of character creation process, when you must click "play", the screen crash and I must restart my pc!

It do this only when I use the nocd version .exe

sorry geezer. sometimes a nocd will work with other language versions but obviously not with NOTOR. Have you looked on the other sites to see if theres a multi lingual etc nocd ?
