Audio ripping

I was wondering if anyone knows of any software that allows you to rip music off of games. If so please inform of of this, I have a few games that I would love to get the music off them.

Well the games that I would like to get the music off of are dreamcast and ps2 games. I don't even want to try to get them off xbox seeing that they are an headache to do. Also would the software work on burned games as well or would it have to be the original??

Okay, need for speed underground 2, Devil may cry 3, Capcom vs. Snk 1 and2 are a few games that I want to get the music off of.
