Settler IV No CD

I have just bought Settlers IV ( English ).
In order to back my game up I have downloaded the Settlers IV No Cd patch.
When I try to start the game I get this error messsage : tincat2.dll could not be found.
Try to reinstall the game. I did .I did not help. The same error.
Has anyone expirenced the same ?
