mss3.dll file is missing

i was installing gta vice city on my pc when i wanted to open the crack i got a message that he couldn't find the MSS3.DLL file? what should i do now??

are you sure it's just mss3???or mss32

theres a site, dllfiles.com i think if not, just search for the dll name on google and it will be one of the first sites to come up, basicly u can download it from there, put it where it tells u, and u will no longer get that error message.

The message you are getting is MSS32.DLL, and suggests you have not put the crack in the correct directory! You should replace the original 'gta-vc.exe' with the cracked one by copying into the same directory as the original file.
