GT4 hdd problem [Archive]

I copied GT4 on my HDD with winhiip because of the DVD-9!
But when i start it it cames just a screen with the warnings(or something else)
and then a black screen.I tried all combinations with the compatibility modes but it didn´t worked! Can anybody help me plz! I got the PAL version and HDL

GT4 Cannot be backed up at this time!
