PS2 DVD - Read Errors

I'm trying to backup a PS2 DVD game (Siren) that apparently has loads of read errors. The game disc works fine in my PS2 so backing up is probably still possible. Is there a particular DVD buring program that's good with read errors? DVD Decrypter can ignore the read errors but it still takes forever going through them all.

Read errors are generally from dirty or scratched discs. Look here and try it:

Then see if you still have as many or any read errors.
