besides that, you're not allowed to 'share' a game.

You know I may as well be asking to be banned from the site, but I beg your pardon? Where does the term "share" really get into effect. How am I not allowed to "share" spendings towards a game? Does that mean parents are supposed to buy i.e. 4 games if they have 4 children that want to play it? You all know very dam well that if you got 4 kids that want to play (for instance) rome: total war you would buy 1 copy install it and let the kids play. Now if 1 of your kids have an extra computer use that same copy you bought install it there and play it with a convieniant no-cd crack. However incoherant my ramblings may be, but for me to split 50/50 on 1 game with a friend how is that unallowable. Did the game company specifically tell me not to buy the game and share it with a friend? Did the game company tell parents and families buying 1 copy for their children is wrong, and that you have to buy each of them 1 copy each? Just next time don't type something as vague as that...

Well you never read the EULA, end users licenses agreement, right??
1 bought game for one PC. If you want to install the game on a second PC, you must deinstall it from the first PC. If not, you are violating the EULA and Laws.

There are only a very very few games that alow playing with 1 original on multiple PCs, e.g. Starcraft (spawn).

In a word, Yes! Like Munsterbuster has said, you need to read the EULA (End Users Licence Agreement) you will surely get a huge shock as yes one game to one PC!
And in the case of the family with the four kids, as long as they are all playing the game on the one PC then that is ok!
