How to extract bin picture files

hi, im new here. I was wondering how exactly I could extract and view pictures from a psx game. more specifically .bin or .biz files I think?

This is not picture format. Get PS Media Player from:

http://members.lycos.co.uk/dreamplay/download/psmplr04.rar

...scan CD and extract files you need:

str - movie files
xa vab, vag, seq - audio files
tim - pics
