View Full Version : doom 3 the first level dont start-no cd crack

hello
i have a big problem i used the no cd crack from gwc and "installed" it.
i can play the game but only the first sequence when you are in the headquarter or what they might be.
now my problem wenn i want to go to the frist level it loads al little bit but then in goes back to the main menu!!!
What can i do to play the level???
(i use the fixed image to, the same problem!!)

Does it play ok from the original disc? See if you can get past that section without using a crack.

I had the same problem because of the newest Nvidia video drivers. Had to reinstall the previous version. Some gamers using ATI cards had to use the newest drivers.

i used the newest grafik driver from nvidia!!!
or maybe you can send me a link to the newest driver!!!!

Obviously, nVidia drivers can be downloaded from http://www.nvidia.com .

with the newest driver the problems are the same!!!

I also used the NO-CD crack (Version 1.0) for DOOM 3 from GCW and it defenetly works!!!
So the problem seems to be your PC system. Try to set options lower and look if it works then!
Or try with ORIGINAL-CD!

yes, and so does the 1.1 crack. i never had to use my original discs, except for installation :)

George_K advised you to don't use the newest NVidia-Drivers.
Try one of the previous driver-versions.

it doesn´t work with all your tips
i have updated it to 1.1 and use the 1.1 crack but it doesnt work i used very old driver but ist doesnt work !!!
thats sucks!!!
PLEASE HELP ME I WANT DO PLAY DOOM 3 !!!!
i need help of someone who had a problem of that kind!

Well you still have not answered my original question! Does it work when playing from the original Disc? You seem to be avoiding an answer!
