iv ripped sonic heros 3 times now and every time i try to play it on my slim ps2 using swap magic 3.3 it load up, well it go's to the first loading screen "which says loading... in the top right corner on a black screen" & the=ats as fare as it gets. can anyone please help me cos im lost now :(

PS. im rippin it with dvd Decrypter v3.2.2.0, iso read - then iso write at 4 speed.

Ok first thing to do is throw your swap magic in the bin thats all its worth!

Seriously get a decent chip there are many installers who will install it for a very good price.

Your only other thing to do is look for a patch for sonic.

Oh yeah also what media do you use?

I agree with SeaneyB, Get a no-swap chip and use quality media. That will cure most backup problems.

I bet its a media problem , i just searched and only found a needed SM fix for Sonic Heroes 1.

Duo2se wont work with a v12 warlock. You will need a Crystal or a Matrix infinity for that job.

Try using ridisc from svp (http://www.svp.co.uk) Make sure they are dvd-r as well.

Yeah, I use the TTG02 from SVP (Blue RiDisc) - new 8x TDK dye - superbly reliable at 8x up to the edge! As my burner writes at 8x, they may very well write faster in faster drives???

iv tryed it on 6 dif types of disc now and got a friend to try it on his chiped ps2 and still no luck, iv found out that for SM to play it, it needs the dummy bin file swaped for a smaller one but it still dont work. i no that swap magic is S**T but i dont wont to chip my slim ps2 just yet cos iv only had it for 3 weeks cos my last one went up the shoot, so any help on how to get it workin would be great.

PS. The Discs i use r fine, there ridisc -r white label so i can print to them, every game iv done so fare has worked fine just this F**KING one... :mad:
