You can't ..... usually.

I know that with some software, once you download and install it, the only difference, file-wise anyway, is that one version is "trial" and the other is registered. That is, once you have downloaded the trial, you have all the files needed in order to run that program.

However, as for games, 9/10 of them are small "clips" from the main files. That is, the files you downloaded for a game demo will never suffice to amount to anything more than a demo with the rest of the game files being obtained and installed. Follow?
