DVD Clone2 Error

Trying to backup my resident evil: apocalypse dvd in clonedvd2 software
and keep getting this error. Dvd Decrypter worked well just this error in clone dvd2 please help!!! Thanks :)

You need to update your Anydvd to the latest version. That will solve your problems. You probably should update your CloneDVD2 as well.

I used dvd shrink 3.1 and it worked
