There are some fixes to use official patches of MotorHead without CD, but the links of the official patches are pointing to official MotorHead site, that don't exists anymore. I can't found the official updates anywhere (all the official sites don't exists anymore). I have a GForce and I need to apply the patch to correct the 3d acceleration, but where can I find it? If someone can send me a site or send me by e-mail I'd be very pleased. Please someone help me!

Hi BlankMind,

Some oldies are real goldies, right! :D Head to http://patches-scrolls.de for TONS of official game updates, including Motorhead, and then apply my no-CD patch to it. (Improper no-CD patches cause you to lose the second tournament: you get only one point for each race, except for the first, even if you won them! ;) ) Happy gaming,

Joe

Thank you for answering me guys, I could make the game work, thank you! Thank you for the link (I will put it on my bookmark), but I could find the patch on a french site I think, a publisher of Motorhead of some country...

Motorhead 3.0 with 3D Hardware acceleration fully working on my GForce is a dream that comes true, see it:

Thanks to ImageShack for Free Image Hosting (http://www.imageshack.us)

I was angry because my Motorhead is genuine, I mean, I bought them. But the CDs made here in Brazil aren't recognized as genuine by those patches, so I had to use these no-cd patches. Thank you for everyone who makes these patches, your work saves the fun of many people (including me).

More a question. I was wondering if there is a way to make the cd music and the videos working with a no-cd patch.

P.S: Sorry for my english, I'm Brazilian but I'm trying to improve it :)

hey blankmind,

That looks awsome, could you post the links of the files u required?
Im gonna dig up my old motorhead cd, and about the music and movies... well no, u see in those days the music and videos actually run from the cds and not from the hard drive as they do now.

I guess you could always copy the music and videos to the motorhead folder, it worked with some games, wasnt the publisher of motorhead Ubisoft? i remember at the time they released 3 weird almost post apocalyptic racing like games, motorhead, pod and hmm i dont remember the name of the third one but it was very similar to pod, only with weapons and jetbikes.

hi, i had a problem with motorhead. i didnt know what version i had and when i installed the pach in us retail version the game didnt accpet me my original cd. i didnt jknow what the f happened, but after i tried to install motorhead patch in european version, the game worked. so there is no need to make cracks for this game.

i created a image with alcohol, mounted, installed, updated to european retial, updated to 3.0 gui update and played.

hope this helps-
