region1 convert to region 2

hi everyone
i buy my dvds in usa which are rgion 1,i need to make them region 2 or region free,can it be done using my dvd re-writer on my pc,love to know2 how???? :( :( :(

Anydvd makes your dvd's region free. But there is also the PAL/NTSC encoding issue. Some older dvd players will not play one or the other type of encoding. More and more newer models will though. There is no real easy fix to reencode your movie from ntsc to pal or vice versa so your best bet for right now is to just get Anydvd and at least region free you dvd's and see if your gonna have problems with the encoding they were made with.

my dvd player can switch from pal to ntsc, but my player will not play my back up discs is this a problem with my discs or my dvd player.my player is telling me to play another type of disc.thanks. :confused: :confused: :confused:

no never,but i've tried one just now and it works but its from another pc may be i have not got nero set up the right way i'll try and set it up again. thanks for your help. ;)
