Take a look at GamecopyWorld! There is a Trainer for the game.

Trainers are not functioning, I open it, then I run the game and when I press respective keys it does not happen anything! :(

i want t say that all trainer concerning the game doesn't work
i have the french version patched 1.1, but i have also usa version too and still doesn't work..:mad:

this suck!!
why administrator still publish something that doesn't work...:confused:

test all trainer one by one
each one around three times..

i'm waiting for a new BFME trainer myself.. unfortunately there is none for version 1.03 and i don't want to downgrade to 1.02 only because of a trainer.
AFAIK there are no cheats in the BFME games, so trainers (or editing game files) are the only way to help yourself.
