I've just wasted a few days trying to get these working in a v9. It's really not worth a thorough review so heres all I can be bothered to say about it.

Boots CDR not DVDR.
Is flashable but won't accept the Infinity bios thats its supposed to.
Not a scratch on the Magic3.

I've got a couple spare if anybody else has a few days they'd like to waste as well!

What u giving away a V9 motherboard? If u dont want it I will have one :p as i need to practice my soldering b4 i install a chip on my v7.

I h8 to contradict you m8 but you can't catergorise modbo as 'chips'. Chips enable you to reliably boot your back-ups and imports, these don't!

Hull would it be ok if i have to to test and stuff? also can you tell me where i can get some 22 awg wire but i need to pay by paypal is that cool?

It even has the product number to save you searching for yourself!

hehe not even my installs are as shoddy as that. Did he use glue instead of solder! what a loser i hope someone told him to buy a new ps2!

Well, maybe the photo was his job application to work for Sony. Hmm, maybe he's the designer of the v9-12's. The pin, well I guess he ran out of duct tape. :D
