How I can play over the internet with out any registration only by IP, there is any way ?

You could do this by setting up a VPN between the 2 clients. Not something I'll go into detail here.

Plus, if you've bought the game why dont you want to play on-line? I guess its because the people you want to play with haven't bought it. In that case, get them to buy the game! :D
