Vampire Bloodlines initialing problems

Well..when i open the game...it open the menu then when i press new game it runs..but when show a new window with a loading..the game is close.. anyone can help me?

You might wanna contact the game publisher, in case your CD is damaged. Also, apply the latest 1.2 official patch before running the game. The game forum might also help you with common problems. Good luck,
