ISO how do you burn

I downloaded Virtual cop 2 it is iso format and the language to explain how is in spanish how do you burn an ISO or convert it to another format is there a patch I have all cdr programs even some not listed around need help? I have burned 3 other games in cdi format and they work

If the file that you say is in .Iso format You can use Adaptec Easy Cd Creator for it..
