help me with MOUNT ISO thingy!

i just installed vampire the masquerade bloodlines(pirated cd)

then i installed the alcohol 120%

then i have to mount iso.......what is it all about i have no ideat what it means??(like speakin chinese to me)sob

anyone can tell me what im supposed to do in step-by-step..im new to this.. :confused:
