Hi guys I'm new to the forum and I'd like to say that I found everything I need here but even though I found almost everything I missed a How To detailed for the newbies. Since I'm a newbie I'd like to see that, so I'm starting it even though I'm no expert, actually I'm not even experienced.
Let go to the usual doubts from the newbies:

1) I got an original game that I want to backup, what do I need?
A:Computer, DVD recorder, media, software... Please whoever knows that something is missing please fill it.

2) NCan I use the Nero Suite to backup my games?
A:

3)If so, how do I do it?
A:

4)If not what software should I use?
(Also if someone knows a better software)
A:

5)How to use this softaware?
A:

6)I read some people saying that you have to make an image of the disk on the HD and then burn it, sorry for the stupidity, but how do I do that with a Nero?
A:

7)My PS2 uses a Chip Libertador and it is usually good, but I'm wondering if I should change it for the Matrix or the Thunder chip that is the most reliable around here.
A:

8)I tried to copy a game (The Incredibles) by simply copying the contents of the game using Nero to the HD and then copying it to a new DVD-R, it recorded ok but it simply doesnt play on my DVD, any ideas about what I'm doing wrong?
A:

9)I invested a big deal in my Playstation and the games I got and I need to be safe with my investments so I really would like that the Gaming, Movies and all other industries that rely on the failure of the system to get money from us to fall back and not hastle us anymore, cause all we want is that the game (intelectual property) they are so eager to protect that we buy is safe so that we don't lose our very precious invested money.
No Answer needed this time just leting some steam blow sorry for that and for the many mistakes in english I know I made, sorry not my First Language.

Feel free to add any number of relevant information on numbers so that the newbies don't get lost.

I'll wait for replies with some instructions so that I can try other ways that will work on my Backing up my games.
Thanxs,

MPUBLICO :: RODRIGO

I think if you read the Ultimate Info Sticky you'll find these answers. For instance, I know all these questions have been answered on these forums - because I've answered most of them, along with many other old time users here...
