Counter Strike Steam?

Hello,
I've bought Counter Strike Condition Zero, in the Package was also a Version of the normal Counter Strike, but this Version needs Steam to start and this is the Problem, I've a LAN-Party and there is not any Internet. Does anybody know how I can play it without Steam?

You can use Steam in OFFLINE (=No Internet) Mode. It's perfectly explained... on the Steam site (search for LAN Play)! Don't forget each player must have its own number.
