v12 matrix infinty problem

Doing my third v12 today but come across a problem,
boots originals with infinity logo beneath playstation logo but i just get red screen when i try to boot backups.
Rechecked all connections and continuity and all ok, the chip is from the same batch and all have worked without having to upgrade firmware.
The chips are matrix infinity blue dot.
Anyone got any suggestions cos this has got me puzzled.

try reflashing the bios it may be that.

I don't think it is - I think he should try resetting the flash and try that...
