Sorry if this has come up before, if it has then please just link me to the thread about it. But I just installed this game and used the No-cd/fixed exe crack...But when I go to play the game, the farthest I can get is the first video...Just a few seconds after it shows him on the boat, the game stops and shuts down. Can anyone help me with this problem?

Yes this question has come up before! No I cant remember which thread it was! Do a "Search" and you may find it! Hint: The search button is at the top centre of page of the page! Well actually its a little bit to the right! But Im sure if you open your eyes you will find it. :p

Prince of Persia: Warrior Within, continues to freeze while on the main menu. Also, the game does not only freeze but it causes my computer to crash as well. I have used both, Bleh's and reloaded's no-cd .exes. But it still continues to freeze.

My system:
ATI Radeon 9000
64mb of memory
256mb of ram
1.70ghz
Win2k
Direct 9.0c is installed
over 2gigs of space on the hd, that the game is installed on.

At the moment I have the 3disc clonecd version. But I do plan on purchasing the original version, once the local gaming store restocks (sold out of pop).

please help.... anybody ???

Also, I used nero to mount the 3 cue image files to cd-rs... The install ran fine. It also launches fine after the cracks are applied.. But I am unable to to solve my current problem, with the main menu.

This problem only exists in the warez version of the game...
There is a followup-fix for it even.. for the WAREZ version of the game..
I thought it was a mini image of some sort..
but it turned out to be a follow up to the WAREZ version of the game..
Do i need to say it again?

Hi Guys

I also have a problem!!

I have the ORIGINAL DVD version!!!

When i start the Game i see the intro and when the game starts on the ship, the right side and the bottom of screen is just white!!!

is that normal??

If it occurs with your "original DVD" then this is the wrong forum..

well...

actually i used a crack, cause the when i start the game with o-disc the game says "please insert correct disc"!!!

let me rephrase..
if the same problem occurs without any cracks while using your original DVD(i.e. REINSTALL if you have to and dont apply anything)
then your question is a tech support question..

what i am asking is this: Does this problem occur without cracks?

Hi everyone ,

Yeah the same problem happened when i installed the game , It seems there is a problem with a certin Video ( Cine0001.bik ) found in the video\cine section in the game directory.

Try renaming some other fine found in the cine directory so that the cinematic may start and than finish , Its just a cinematic after it finished the game starts automatically.

It worked for me , Should also work for you guys..

ok once again, there was a specific fix for the WAREZ version of this game, and there was a fix floating around for this exact file Cine0001.bik.
Since this happens to you.. then you have the version that has the bad Cine0001.bik.. therefore you are using WAREZ
...

WAREZ I SAY!!!

Buy the game, you will not have this problem

Of course it isn't 'NORMAL' :p.
Anyway update your video card driver etc, and see if you match the minum system request!

Is the DVD version an international release? I haven't seen anything about one here in the states...

Well in the USA, DVD is too....how do you put it.....high tech, since US people love to use low tech stuff it only comes on CDs! :D

My system matches the minimum requirments for the game AND i have the latest drivers installed!!

I have already mailed a screenshot to ubisoft!!!

The video problem has several solutions, the link has at least 2 of the solutions but buy the game. the solutions are not meant for people to play and not pay.
