U can do that with the program "NoIp"

I can do it for ya.. but first I need your IP address.. and credit card number.. social security might help too.. takes a lot.. yea.. gotta go

or goto network connections
tcp/ip protocal
then input ip manually
that should work
if ur allowed to connect with a self-made ip (to wahtever it is)
