Help - Please

I have an mpeg which I want to play on a dvd player.

How do I convert it from an mpeg to a dvd file, im totally lost.

Any help would be massively appreciated :)

I have also noticed that it says it is only 8 seconds long, when really it lasts for 32 minutes, how can this be?

mpeg should always play on any dvd player you have so simply burn as a data file and pop it in your dvd player it should play first time
