Does the FIXED EXE for "TOCA/DTM Race Driver 2" that you find on xxxxxxxxxxx since today really work? And is it a BACKUP-DVD or a NO-DVD Crack???

If it really works, StarForce 3 is finally cracked!!!

Also for "Colin McRae Rally 2005" is a Crack available now, although it's protected with StarForce 3, too.

Perhaps there is a crack for "GTR" available, soon!

OK, this crack is a game loader, it's not multilingual because this mount automatic an GERMAN miniimage on demon tools,(you need demon tools on computer installed) after this crack Hide your IDE2, the crack enter a new GERMAN serial in the game registry folder and launch the game. Now i have French euro Multilingual game and the crack dosn't work because mini mountet image by SCRYSO's Crack is GERMAN. I use Alcohol 120% with my own euro mini image mountet + this crack only for Hide IDE2 work fine with this methode and no unplugin is needet. Sorry for bad english.

Ce crack vas monter une mini image ALLEMANDE sur le lecteur virtuel de demon tools, cacher l'IDE 2, entrer un serial allemand dans la clé du registre du jeu et lancer le jeu.

Comme notre jeu est une version euro multilingual Francais, cela ne marche pas et il faut en plus, monter une image EURO sur le lecteur virtuel d'alcohol 120%.

Comment utiliser:
Installer le jeu, Installation complete!
Faire la mise à jour 1.2,
Renomer rd2.exe du dossier principal du jeu en RD2_new.exe
Copier (CRACKFIX) RD2.EXE dans le dossier du jeu
Refaire un raccourcis vers le bureau de (CRACKFIX) RD2.EXE
Monter une mini image EURO sur le lecteur virtuel de Alcohol 120%
lancer RD2.EXE jouer.

Spiel komplet Installieren!

sorry, but imo thats no crack. a crack is a standalone file, that replaces the game-exe and/or some other files.
this sounds like some kind of shortcut to deamon-tools. maybe i'll give it a try, tho.

Don't say not working If you haven't read and understood the nfo. Because YOU didn't get it to work doesn't mean it doesn't work. The loader pops up a browse folder and you simply tell it where the installation folder is located. Next it will turn off any CD/DVD drive and mount an image on a clone drive. This is IF you have deamon tools installed, if you dont obviously it wont work. This may take some time so DONT shut it down if it doesnt respond for 10 seconds.

I've got the crack and can say it works perfectly fine. Tested it on 3 different computers and no errors what-so-ever.

No the same does not go for me dumbass. If someone can't get it to work it doesn't mean it doesn't work at all. He or she might have done something wrong. If it DOES work for someone it means he or she has carefully read and followed the nfo included in the official release. This simply means it WORKS. It doesn't necesarily work for everyone since some people are too stupid to protect their PCs and get malicious wares on their pc. This might screw with their settings. But if 95% have gotten it to work without any problems I can safely say it works.
It works under the circumstances provided in the nfo. If it doesn't work for you, YOU have done something wrong. Don't blame it on the cracker.

That indeed is the problem. Not a very big one tho. All you need to do is uninstall the starforce drivers. Look for the starforce clean app someplace, it's out there. THEN replace the exe with the "cracked" exe. And it should be fine.

unfortunatly it isn't that easy! well atleast not for me anyway! still says no disc in drive!!! :confused:

I had the same problem.

Try this :
Download the Starf**k crack for race driver 2
Then start Alcohol 120% and mount the image from starf**k.
Then start the starf**k.exe and deactivate all your cd/dvd drives.
Then start deamon tools with one virtual drive
Then start the cracked exe from NCRYSO (gamecopyworld)

It works!
With only the crack of NCRYSO it doesn't
So try this if you have problems.

If you have a request to insert a CD in drive than copy the following 3 lignes to a new text file and rename it RD2_crack.reg execute it and restart the game.

-installed daemon tools 3.47
-created one virtual device
-installed race drive 2 full with original dvd
-patched to version 1.2
-renamed original rd2.exe to rd2_new.exe
-copyed "crack" into rd2 dir
now i get the error message that there's no dvd in the drive but i cant see my devices and the mini image is loaded :(

Why dont you just use one of the Mini Images available from here: http://spacetarget.com/games/pc_toca_race_driver_2.shtml
Or just use the NoCD exe (also available from the same link). If you use the NoCD dont install the v1.2 update. As far as I remember the main thing the v1.2 Update did was to take a few of the Bumps out of the Bathurst Track, which I personally prefer to leave in there anyway! Its more realistic with the bumps in there. I finished the whole game without using the V1.2 update and there were no major glitches with the game. But I did play using the original disc in the drive still. So I really cant say wether or not the NoCD in fact works but from what I have read on the forums its ok to use. ;)
If you still want to make your own mini Image then search the forums a bit harder as the info is here somewhere. ;)

I've tried for hours to run toca 2 and it's really hard, i think.

I really hope someone will make a 'clear' tuto on it ! A tutorial that would work for EVERYBODY, i mean. Because, when you surf on different forums, you can see there are many (too many) ways to try to make this game work, with no cd off course.

Hi ma pomme, i use the updated game 1.2 the crock from GCW and the german regvalue it work perfekt. For french user we need a working tutorial to run this game without dvd, their on page one from this thread work perfekt just read it proper and follow the rules. bye....

I mount the complite image of DTM an a Mini Image, than I start she "StarFu**" link an start the Game. thats just ok.
If I had played the game an closed it, I cant play it agay.
i have first to reset the DTM drivers and rebbot the PC.
than DTM makes problems an like to reboot again to finish the protection.
after the second reboot I could mound the images and play again.

Nothing. What happens is that you are suffering the copy protection pain! :( You must just know that, if you use your original disk without any crack, you will suffering EVEN MORE PAIN !!! :( :(
I had to go to the Starforce site and to get an update for the copy protection drivers to be able to launch the game... one time on three attempts. :( :( :(

No! In my case : more hassles, for sure :mad: . If the copy protection likes your drive, it's OK. But if not, you must go to the Starforce site, download an update of the protection, and implore the Gods each time you launch the game. Relaunch, reboot, re-update, and so on. :(

Today, my original is in the box and I use Starfock with a mini-image : less hassles, for sure ! :)

I must be a very stupid person... but honestly i don´t know what im doing wrong...
I installed the game with an original dvd. I used the crack in gcw, i reset the drives, i´ve downloaded daemon tools, and still it tells me that theres no cd in drive...even though it creats an image...What am i doing wrong?
i´ve been all afternoon in this...install...re.install..try try try..still the same answer..error error error...also tried other ways to do it..other cracks..no luck...please explain to me how to do it like i was a 4 year old boy:|

J ai tout bien suivi, je m explique :
installation de toca 2, ensuite j enelve la protec avec **** 0.82
ensuite je remplace l exe par celui donné sur le game machin chose.
Mais le souci c est que ca marche seulement 1 fois sur 3.
puis maintenant, ca ne march eplus du tout....
lol, tu pourrai m expliquer ce que tu as fait directement?

I'm a new member of this forum........but see the site and the forum more more time and more game work good...:) but have a problem with toca 2, white the last crack and mini image the game runs but have to disconneted all drive fisical (cd/dvd rom) ...but see is possible to run the game AND NOT disconneted the drive...have try more procedure see in the forum...use star**** to disable the drive...have try a crack from NCRYSO...but not work...the last problem is a requested of cd in the drive (not virtual drive, but the real drive are disable from star****!! why?) or the serial not is correct..:(( I'm italian...is possible tell me the correct procedure step by step and if possible the correct serial of the game... in italian from user italian in this forum or in simple english ehh

G'day Matty, I dont use any of the cracks as I just use the original disc to play but as far as I'm aware you should be using the serial which came with your original purchased copy of the game! You do have the original Disc dont you?

I´m trying almost a year to run TOCA Race Driver 2, but I´ve got no luck... I´ve got a DVD version *iso. Because the updated version is necessary for the crack, I´ve tried to install TOCA update ver. 1.2. At the beginning of the installation it writes me this:error ept0034: Neither command line parameter specified is an existing directory.
Now, don´t know what to do.... :(

lol, use starf*ck tool +Alcohol 120 or demon 3.47 and folow the tutorial:

starf*ck How its work:
1)Install Demon Tools 3.47 or Alcohol 120% (or 2)
2)Launch the starf*ck tool and to click "Preferences" to put your language
3)Clic"Patch BlackListe"
4)Indicate the type of protection actif for the game
5)Clic "Link Generator"
6)Indicate the type of protection actif for the game
7)Clic "Specify EXE indicate the EXE" of the game (updated or not)
8)Clic "Specify the Image" indicate how you are located mini image
9)Clic "Create a Link" name it "my game" and safe it on the desk.
10)Clic "Close the Window".
11)Close staf*ck while Clicking "close”
12)Launch game with the dektop created Link.
Play without DVD and have fun

REMEMBER use the corect language mini image with the game and use the corect serial for mini image (not their from original game). :D

PRiME, by not allowing any activity that can be related to warezing (read: activity that can be related to illegal copies of software), GCW is _exactly_ trying to be legal. If you have a legal copy of a game, then - depending on in which country you live -, it might be your goddamn right to have a backup of the software and even use it for daily work/gaming. This is accomplished by no-CD patches and other stuff.

However, you said you don't have the original CD anymore. From that moment, you don't have a legal copy of the game, therefore, no one is supposed to help you on this forum. If you don't understand this, it's your problem; just keep quiet, to save your face.

The original DVD is broken mate, also GCW can never be legal esp when they link to warez sites etc..

You will find the infomation I requested is nothing but registry data that is not related to warez at all in any way,. Now I should have said I didn't want the cdkey as I have my own ok.

If your original DVD is broken, contact the game publisher for another copy, at a reduced cost.

Registry data can be collected by (re)installing the game; you don't need our help for that. (Provided that you have the original CD/DVD, that is.) No-CD patches, on the other hand, don't grow on trees, that's why GCW hosts them.

Other people, who talk about warezed copies of games, will (also) be banned.

You don't have to _agree_ with the forum rules - yes, they _are_ strict! -, you "only" have to adhere to them. If you don't like them, well, you might be banned soon anyway... ;) Also, no one cares about whether you like the forum rules or not. Those people who A) host this forum and/or B) answer questions are doing all this free of charge, therefore, you cannot _expect_ anything on this forum; rather, be grateful, if you _do_ get some help.

hello everyone, i dont know if this post is still active, but i have a doubt, i try all the methods you posted, but i still can't play. my question :

I have de German Version, but after all the things that i have to do, the game tell me that there's no disk. That means that star****, is not working properly, (and my devices disapears), because the game still ask me for a CD/DVD. But my question is that i have a S-ATA (Serial ATA) hard drive, and 3 optical devices (two in the first IDE and one in the second), the procedure is the same???? I heard too that AMD procesors have problems with the star**** aplications, is that true??? I ask because i have an AMD Athlon 64 3000+ Procesor and i can't running this game and no matter the way i tried. Please if someone can help me i really preciated.

remove CDrom's from IDE one and use starf*** 0.83 make sure you use german mini image and mini image adapted serial not original serial from your game box.

Hi Folks, !st of all thanks for all the info, I got the game working using a mini image. The one big problem is that after I configured my controls and want to continue, some popup appears with error 12 and the file frontend\Loading.big.
Does anyone have this ?? I'm using win2k without any service pack but I really can't believe that might be the problem ...

OK, this crack is a game loader, it's not multilingual because this mount automatic an GERMAN miniimage on demon tools,(you need demon tools on computer installed) after this crack Hide your IDE2, the crack enter a new GERMAN serial in the game registry folder and launch the game. Now i have French euro Multilingual game and the crack dosn't work because mini mountet image by SCRYSO's Crack is GERMAN. I use Alcohol 120% with my own euro mini image mountet + this crack only for Hide IDE2 work fine with this methode and no unplugin is needet. Sorry for bad english.

The same in french:
Ce crack vas monter une mini image ALLEMANDE sur le lecteur virtuel de demon tools, cacher l'IDE 2, entrer un serial allemand dans la clé du registre du jeu et lancer le jeu.

Comme notre jeu est une version euro multilingual Francais, cela ne marche pas et il faut en plus, monter une image EURO sur le lecteur virtuel d'alcohol 120%.

Comment utiliser:
Installer le jeu, Installation complete!
Faire la mise à jour 1.2,
Renomer rd2.exe du dossier principal du jeu en RD2_new.exe
Copier (CRACKFIX) RD2.EXE dans le dossier du jeu
Refaire un raccourcis vers le bureau de (CRACKFIX) RD2.EXE
Monter une mini image EURO sur le lecteur virtuel de Alcohol 120%
lancer RD2.EXE jouer.

Einfach:

Daemon tools 3.47 installieren
Spiel komplet Installieren!
Das Update 1.2 Installieren!,
Rename “rd2.exe” der Hauptakte des Spiels in “rd2_new.exe”

Eine neue verknüpfung zum Büro von (CRACKFIX) “RD2.EXE” machen.

i have so this game works on my machine

1. install demontools 3.47
2. game installation completely and install updatepatch 1.2
3. make backup of your original rd2.exe. than with the cracked rd2.exe (TOCA/DTM Race Driver 2 v1.0 [MULTI] Fixed EXE) from NCRYSO (4.3MB) reseting the Drivers and restart your machine
4. after restart start cracked rd2.exe and klick on "start" to reload the drivers, and restart machine again
5. after restart run starf***k to deactivate the drives
6. then in demontools create a virtual drive and mount the image (DTM Race Driver 2 v1.2 [GERMAN] No-DVD/Fixed Image #1) from gamecopyworld @ 15.10.04 (97KB) (not the #2 image)
7. !!! now start the game with the original rd2.exe . the cracked rd2.exe will not longer required

so, if after restart of your machine this game doesn´t works, you must in demontools unmount the image and disable the drives. than activate and deactivate again in starf***k all drives. after it once again create virtual drive and mount image. you must in demontools -> "set the device paramaters" set a drive letter

isn´t necessary any other/special serial, you can use the serial from original game. they is the same on every gamecover


this is no fake/joke, i have tested for hours on my machine and friends with updateversion 1.2 and it works perfectly

also ich habs bei mir so zum laufen bekommen:

1. demontools vor dem spiel installieren
2. spiel vollständig installieren und den updatepatch 1.2

5. danach nochmal die exe ausführen und auf start klicken un dann neustarten
6. nun braucht ihr die gecrackte exe nicht mehr und müsst die originale rd2.exe wieder richtig benennen
7. mit star**** die laufwerke deaktivieren
8. dann erst in demontools das image emulieren (DTM Race Driver 2 v1.2 [GERMAN] No-DVD/Fixed Image #1) von gamecopyworld @ 15.10.04 (97KB) (nciht das #2 image)
9. spiel mit der originalen rd2.exe starten

diese andere seriennummer braucht man also doch nicht, geht mit der originalen auch.
getestet wurde es mit dem update 1.2, andere updates bzw. original 1.0 habe ich nicht probiert.

!!! nach einem rechner neustart kann es sein das das spiel nicht mehr geht, dann muss man in demontools das image unmounten und das virtuelle laufwerk deaktivieren.
danach mit star**** die anderen laufwerke wieder aktivieren und danach wieder deaktivieren.
dann mit demontools wieder ein laufwerk erstellen und das image neu mounten. du musst aber noch bei "set device parameters" einen laufwerksbuchstaben einstellen eventuell, falls das virtuelle laufwerk nicht erkannt wird.
jetzt kann man Race Driver 2 wieder spielen.

also bei mir hat es so funktioniert ohne probleme

Ok you may go ahead and call me an idiot for not understaning how this works but I did not waste my time posting this to be called names so if you'd like to help me out I would GREATLY appreciate anyone who would take the time to consideratly do so. I have read every post in this thread and I still don't know what to do.
Okay....I cannot figure out how to get this NCRYSO crack to work. I have read and understand the .nfo, but it is not working as it says. Basically the crack does nothing. The instructions say to run "RESET DRIVES" if starforce protection complains about it's drivers. My first try I just hit start game asuming that if i needed to reset the drives i would get an error about some starforce drivers as it says. .......nothing happened. Below "Bootlog" it says

that is all tha happens. The quick exit does nothing and neither does clicking the X or minimuze button. The only way to get rid of it is "alt-f4". Ok so I tried again....same thing. The next time I decided that although it said to hit "RESET DRIVERS" if I got a complaint, which i didn't, I decided to run it anyways. I get a message that says to reboot my computer, hit start game, and then reboot again. So I rebooted, hit start game and guess what.....NOTHING HAPPENED!!! I d/l starclean from gamecopyworld and clicked it....got another reboot message so i did. I also d/l starf****r from gcw and it was in german so it didn't do much good either. I just now hit start game while taking a pause in my typing and guess what.........NOTHING HAPPENED! The .NFO says

- unpack the archive, burn or mount the DVD image
- install the game choosing full installation
- put the RD2.exe located in \NCRYSO folder on the DVD into your
gamedir, replacing the old one
- start the game and play! (*)

When asked for a serial enter:

and at least one virtual device added and accessible!

-The archive IS unpacked and it is mounted as a DVD image (via alcohol 120%)
-The game IS installed choosing full installation
-I DID put the RD2.exe located in the \NCRYSO folder on the DVD into the game directoy replacing the old on
-I TRIED to start the game but guess what..........NOTHING HAPPENED

and btw
-I DO have daemon tools installed and a virtual drive IS accessible.

If i simply need to wait for more than an hour with my computer idle for the stupid crack to do anything then by all means call me an impatient dumbass and disregard everything mentioned. But, if you can find it in you to explain the solution in and easy to understand manor please do. Thank you in advance for anyone willing to do so.
