Sonic Shuffle Pal Patcher

I'm new to pal patcher i have patched only 2 games and im having trouble patching sonic shuffle. I read in another post to patch sonic shuffle Use a specific patch. What does this mean ? im using pal patcher 2.0a and 1.1.
