clonedvd2 error

The problem is when clonedvd2 compress de movie. If the colour bar down is in 80% o more, no problem. But if it is in 60% or less the compession gets until 50% and then the program crash. Please help .

Sorry I dont quite understand what youre meaning. Please try and explain further.

BTW, Ive never had CloneDVD2 crash on me.
