Call Of Duty No-Cd/Fixed EXE problem

The Directions doesnt give me much explanation. Where am I suppose to put the dev-cod.rar after I download it? It says: "Install the game - Full Installation.
Replace the original CODSP.EXE executable with the one from the File Archive.
Play the Game!" How exactly do I "Replace the original CODSP.EXE executable with the one from the File Archive."?

1. Extract the crack with WinRAR (http://WWW.RARLABS.COM)
2. Copy the crack over to the installed directory (Usually something like C:\Program Files\Call Of Duty. You will know that you are copying to the right folder because you will prompted with a Window telling you that a "file with that filename already exsists", do u want to replace? Click yes. Also, its a good idea to make a backup of any files you are going to replace.
3. Play the game!

Exactly how do I extrct the .rar becuase if I right click it, extract doesnt show up on the menu

And what about the BLOOD Patch and the TRAINER how do I hook those up?

www.rarlabs.com download and install winrar, after that when u right click on the file ull get an extract option

surely you got a readme file with the blood patch and trainer? its probably a txt or a NFO file! Open the NFO file with Notepad. ;)
