NFS Underground 2 UK version - explaining to Whos_Ur_Paddy?

Hi "Whos_Ur_Paddy?"!

I don't know why, but Electronic Arts is distributing here in Brazil the UK version of Need for Speed Underground 2. The only thing in brazillian portuguese is the manual of the game and some text in the game's box.

And I only discovered that the game is "UK version" because I downloaded the US 1.1 patch and it don't worked.

So I downloaded the UK patch 1.1 (yes, it already exists) and the patch went fine...

All NO-CDs I have found are for US version. They even allow you to enter the game and play a little but soon the game freezes.

I ask apologies if I broke any forum rule.

Um nice pics but you could have done all the dial-up (56k) users the favour of making them a little bit smaller!! ;)
And does this also mean that 'Peracchi' was maybe unfairly banned? :p

I would like to know if anyone has a NO-CD that works with the UK version 1.1.

Also ask apologies if I break any forum rule and explain why I have a UK version of NFSU 2 while living in Brazil and before the "official" release in the UK.

I think that I (Leandro Peracchi) was unfairly banned... :rolleyes:

Whatever the case, you HAVE TO WAIT 2 weeks b4 requesting, and this 2 weeks start TOMORROW (uk release date).

This is exactly the reason that all games should be released the same day all over the world! Therefore erasing the confusion of when to ask for cracks! ;)

I have the UK/eu version of the game, and reloaded 1.1 works fine.
Try to reinstall, maybe :cool:

I read on another post that the problem is NO-CD + Service Pack 2... :P

I use Windows XP and it´s always updated.

With all NO-CDs that I have found to version 1.1 until now, the game begins and I can play for several minutes. Then the game freezes and I have to reboot the computer.

Anyway there are differences between US and UK as there are two different patches.

nah i dont have the issues you mention with Sp2 and i to use reloadeds crack
