soda goes flat.. or close to it

if a soda goes flat or just really non-bubbly... is there a way to recarbonate or something?
i heard theres a pump or somethin somewhere...

LOL u must be bored, i remember when i was a kid my mother used to have this machine that u put something like orange juice and it would make it fizzy, dont know exactly how but it just shows that it is possible.
