Halo2---System Link

ok guys.. every once and awhile me and a few friends get together to play halo 2.. we normally have 4 people on one xbox but i was thinking of making a like 50 foot network cable (i know how and have made them before) to use in different rooms..
what i wanna know is with it being 50ft. would gameplay be brutal or 100%?

50ft cable worked 100% at our 8 player. 8 player swords only kicks ass!

if u wanna do more than just 8 people..
u needa router
but then u wouldnt need a 50 ft cable
u can use two 25s

hey guys.. its offical that i just made the most MINT cable ever!lol
a 50 foot cross over cable for halo2 via system link, oh ya, 1 house, 2 different rooms, 2 different tvs and one hell of a good time!! i am also looking forward to greg hastings paintball for the system link!!

what you need is what our house has. a network set up including 3 xboxs with a large tv and 4 controllers each. makes for some hardcore halo2-ing on weekends.
thats 12 people max (more if friends bring round extra xboxs and tvs, which they do!), and we normally have 1 team per room so we can talk tactics (as if we ever bother with those) and shout obscenities through the house when someone kills us

I actually like it. After I got a large friends list of random people I never play with. I could joinj custom games at almost any time. Xlink still beats the custom game department though.
